iPhone 5 Zerlegung – Wie es im Inneren eines iPhone 5 aussieht
Alles hat vor einem Jahr angefangen. Am 04.10.2011 wurde das iPhone 4S vorgestellt und eine Woche später auf den Markt geworfen. Wir sind am 14.10.2011 nach München gefahren um das iPhone 4S in seinen Einzelteilen zu zerlegen.
Am vorigen Mittwoch nach dem Apple Keynote haben wir uns wieder entschieden nach München zu fahren um das neue Apple Gerät zum ersten Mal in Europa unter die Lupe zu nehmen. Um 2.30 stellten wir uns in der Rosenstrasse 1 in die Reihe
und um 12.30 schafften wir unser iPhone 5 zu besorgen. Alles war perfekt organisiert und wir hatten wieder an einem unvergesslichen Shoppingerlebnis teil.
Sofort nachdem wir das iPhone 5 zur Hand bekommen hatten, fuhren wir in die Nähe des Olympiaparks, um ein nagelneues iPhone 5 auszupacken. In unserem mobil Fotostudio fingen wir mit der fachgerechten Zerlegung des iPhone 5 an, und die neuen Ersatzteile und die Aufbau des iPhone 5 wurden dokumentiert. Es wurde in dem Aspekt der Repairbarkeit überprüft und in unserem Blog veröffentlicht.
Es war ziemlich anstrengend von Budapest nach München zu fahren dann 10 Stunden lang in der Reihe zu stehen aber es hat uns wieder gelohnt.

A készülék alján található a két öthornyú biztonsági csavar.
A kijelzőt nagyon óvatosan szabad kiemelni, különben sérülhet.
A Home gomb könnyen hozzáférhető és javítható.
A kijelzőmodul üvegrétege, érintőpanele és LCD kijelzője szétválaszthatatlan.
A kijelzőbe van építve a fényérzékelő, az előlapi kamera és a hangszóró.
Fém patentok fedik a csatlakozókat.
Az akkumulátor és a dokkmodul csatlakozóit fémlapok tartják biztosan a helyükön.
Bepattintható csatlakozású az akkumulátor-csatlakozó, hasonlóan az iPhone 4/4S-hez.
Kicsit könnyebb, de mégis nagyobb kapacitású az akkumulátor.
Nagyon finom jószág az egyik felső antenna, vigyázni kell majd szereléskor.
A készülékben tekintélyes méretű helyet foglal az akkumulátor.
Névleges kapocsfeszültsége 3.8 Volt, kapacitása 1440 mAh.
Látható a dokkmocul, alsó hangszóró és mikrofon valamint a Home gomb fém érintkezői.
Könnyen elszakad ez a vékony fólia, így más módszerrel kell kiemelni az akkumulátort.
A felső szalagkábel felel a gombok és a rezgőmotor, valamint a felső mikrofon működéséért.
Az alaplapon merev antennakábelek kötik össze az antenna-csatlakozási pontokat.
A rezgőegység ismét egy excentrikus súlyozású apró motor.
Az alaplapot burkoló fémlemez végig van forrasztva, nehéz lesz eltávolítani beázáskor.
